Can it be used outdoors?
Our insulated house and pop-up shelter tent are made for sheltered outdoor spots such as porches, patios and covered balconies. The foldable tent is best indoors.
How do I clean it?
Shake out the mat and spot clean fabrics with a damp cloth and mild soap. Let everything dry fully before your cat uses it again.
Will it fit my cat?
Check the size in the details above. Your cat should be able to turn around and curl up comfortably inside.
My cat won’t go in. Any tips?
Put it somewhere your cat already likes to rest, add a familiar blanket and a few treats, and give them a few days.

This item came exactly as it was described it was relatively straightforward to put together. the instructions were in images instead of any weird text. i like the fact that the doors easily swing both inward and outward, i like the fact that there are small portals in between each apartment. i would caution people when putting this together to make sure you know what part is going to fit because i can see that this would be very difficult to disassemble. i used a rubber mallet to secure everything. i would suggest that others do the same.
