FAQ
Cat door questions
Everything people ask before they order.
What size should I choose?
Measure the widest part of your cat, usually the shoulders, and choose a flap opening at least 2 cm (1 in) wider. If you’re between sizes, go up.
Can I fit it in a glass door?
These flaps are made for wooden or uPVC doors, walls or insect screens, depending on the model. For glass, ask a glazier.
Will other cats get in?
Locking settings let you close the flap when you need to. For full control, choose the microchip smart flap, which only opens for registered cats.
How do I teach my cat to use it?
Prop the flap open and reward your cat with treats for going through. Lower it a little each day. Most cats learn within a week.
Where do you ship it?
To the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, usually in 7–15 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $50, and we email a tracking link as soon as it ships.
What if it isn’t right?
