Does it need assembly?
Yes. It arrives flat-packed with step-by-step instructions. Two people and a screwdriver make it easier.
Can it stay outside all year?
Yes. It's made for outdoor use, with a painted fir frame and a waterproof roof cover. Take the cover off in storms or heavy snow and check the fixings now and then. Like any outdoor wood, it lasts longer with an occasional fresh coat of exterior paint.
How many cats can use it?
Seven platforms and two nap boxes give several cats their own spots. For everyday use we suggest two to four cats.
Can I connect it to a cat flap?
Yes. Two small doors on the sides can connect to a pet door or a cat tunnel, so your cat can come and go from the house.
Do you ship it outside the US?
Yes. It ships free to the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand as well as the US, usually in 7–15 business days.
What if it isn't right for my space?
