FAQ
Carrier questions
Everything people ask before they order.
Not sure it’s right?Tell us about your cat and your space. Real people reply within one business day.
Will my cat fit?
Check the size and weight limit in the details above. Your cat should be able to sit up and turn around.
Can I use it on a plane?
Airline rules differ. Check your airline’s size and ventilation rules for in-cabin pets before you fly.
Will the bubble window get hot?
Clear windows can warm up in direct sun. Avoid hot afternoons, keep summer walks short and give your cat shade and water.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the shell and window with a damp cloth. Spot clean fabric parts and let them dry.
Where do you ship it?
To the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, usually in 7–15 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $50, and we email a tracking link as soon as it ships.
What if it isn’t right?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused in its original packaging. Contact us first and we’ll help. See our refund policy.
